All active projects require a separate, signed written agreement ("Service Agreement") detailing the project scope, timeline, and pricing.

 Non-Binding Nature: Any pricing estimates, promotional offer descriptions, or rough quotes provided via the Site or email are preliminary and non-binding until a formal agreement or on-site assessment is completed and a written Service Agreement is executed by both parties.

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
